How it works

Inquiry: Tell us your date, location, guest count, and what you’re planning.
Menu planning: We confirm dietary needs, preferences, and the overall vibe (celebration, relaxed, formal, interactive).
Custom proposal: You’ll receive a tailored menu concept and pricing based on the format, headcount, staffing, and any rentals needed.
Dinner day: Dez and team handle the cooking and execution so you can stay present with your guests.

Availability: Dez is based in Vancouver and accepts a limited number of private dinners each month. Select travel is available depending on dates and scope.
